How to Send A Money Order ?

Print  Money Order Form and Email us so we can expect delivery.

Once you have made payment via Paypal. 

Your order and payment will then be processed by one of our staff members. 

This process may take 1-2 days.

Shipping & Delivery 

It is our intention to make sure that all items delivered are received by our customers are in Excellent and Perfect condition. All care will be taken to ensure items are packaged securely by us in the attempt to prevent and possible item damage. In most cases Footwear items will be Double Boxed for damage prevention. 

Please bare in mind that we can not control shipping companies,  postal services or Customs.

Please allow approximately 7 Working days for item delivery from the time of order to the time received. 

Tracking

When your item has been shipped you will be issued an article Tracking Number which can be used to track your item in transit. 

We will email all customers with tracking numbers.

It may take 2 - 3 Days for your item to be logged in the Tracking system. 

This is a standard process so please do not panic if your tracking number is not there immediately.

With your order delivery you will be issued with an individual Tracking Number which can be tracked at any stage during the delivery process.

 All Packages are shipped via  EMS International Courier Services as our shipping agent.

Product Returns

1. Acceptable reasons for return: Factory defect on the item, wrong color/size was sent, mistake was made by Clothes Dudes.com

2. Unacceptable reason for returns: Colors of the item are lightly darker/lighter than pictured (sometimes computer monitor settings may make item colors appear different from actual item), had minor color differences from the picture, item does not fit (please ensure your sizes are correct), or the customer decides they would prefer a different item.

3. Customers must contact us within 3 Days of receiving the item to obtain instructions on how return the item. We must receive returned items within 7 days from the day you receive it.
   

4. The item must be returned to us in original condition in plastic or box  and must unused.

5. May be subjected to 15% restocking fee.
